This compact 28×28×6mm aluminium heatsink is designed for passive cooling of processors, integrated circuits, microcontrollers and other electronic components. With a height of only 6mm, its low-profile construction makes it particularly suitable for electronic devices and circuit boards where available cooling space is extremely limited.

Manufactured from thermally conductive extruded aluminium, the heatsink features 49 individual cooling pins arranged in a 7×7 matrix. Its open grid structure with crossed channels allows air to flow freely from multiple directions, increasing the heat dissipation surface and supporting natural convection even inside compact electronic enclosures.

The black anodized finish protects the aluminium surface against oxidation and corrosion while improving thermal emissivity. The square 28×28mm base provides a convenient mounting surface for various electronic components.

The bottom surface is smooth and flat. The product is supplied without pre-applied adhesive or double-sided thermal tape. For installation, you can use specialised thermal adhesive for permanent attachment or thin double-sided thermal tape, such as 3M 8810, when future removal may be required.
