This compact 14×14×8mm aluminium heatsink is designed for passive cooling of electronic components, microchips and integrated circuits. Its special design features 25 individual vertical cooling pins arranged in a 5×5 matrix, providing an increased surface area for heat dissipation and improving natural airflow cooling.

Manufactured from thermally conductive aluminium, the heatsink features a black anodized finish that protects the surface against corrosion and contributes to heat dissipation. The textured structure of the individual cooling pins further increases the surface area exposed to the surrounding air.

Thanks to its extremely compact dimensions, this heatsink is suitable for installation on small electronic components where mounting space is limited. It can be used to cool processors, memory chips, MOSFET transistors, microcontrollers and other components that generate heat during operation.

The flat bottom surface allows easy attachment to compatible components using thermally conductive double-sided adhesive tape or a suitable thermal adhesive. Some versions may come with pre-applied thermal adhesive tape.
