In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure that the following conditions are met:
- Original Packaging and Components: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, documentation, protective films, and original box contents.
- Product Condition: You have the right to inspect the product to determine its nature and characteristics, but you are required to keep it in pristine, resalable condition. The returned item must show no signs of use, scratches, dents, or any other damage.
- Multiple Identical Items: If you purchase multiple identical products, only 1 (one) unsealed/opened item can be returned. The remaining items will be accepted for return only if their original packaging remains factory-sealed and intact.
- Shipping Costs: All direct costs related to the shipping and return of the goods back to us shall be borne entirely by the customer.
