This compact 28×28×11mm aluminium heatsink is designed for efficient passive cooling of processors, integrated circuits, power transistors and other electronic components that generate heat during operation.

Manufactured from high-quality extruded aluminium with good thermal conductivity, the heatsink features a specially designed cooling structure consisting of parallel longitudinal fins and vertical cooling pins arranged in a 7×7 matrix. This design increases the surface area exposed to the surrounding air and helps dissipate heat through natural convection.

With its larger dimensions and increased cooling surface, this heatsink is suitable for electronic components that generate more heat than those typically cooled by miniature electronic heatsinks. Its natural silver aluminium finish provides a clean industrial appearance and an exposed metal mounting surface.

The heatsink comes without pre-applied adhesive thermal tape. This allows you to choose the most suitable installation method for your application, including thermal adhesive, thermal paste with mechanical mounting or specialised double-sided thermal adhesive tape.
