This compact 25×25×15mm aluminium heatsink is designed for effective passive cooling of processors, integrated circuits, power transistors and other electronic components that generate heat during operation.

Manufactured from a thermally conductive aluminium alloy, the heatsink features 36 vertical cooling pins arranged in a 6×6 matrix. Its longitudinal and transverse channels allow air to flow freely between the individual pins, increasing the cooling surface area and improving heat dissipation through natural convection or additional forced airflow from a fan.

The black anodized finish protects the aluminium surface against oxidation and corrosion while providing a clean, professional appearance. Its 15mm height offers an increased cooling surface while maintaining a compact mounting footprint.

The bottom surface is smooth and supplied without pre-applied adhesive or thermal tape. This allows you to choose the most suitable mounting method for your application. Options include thermally conductive adhesive for permanent installation, specialised double-sided thermal tape, or thermal paste combined with mechanical mounting.

This heatsink is suitable for additional cooling of Raspberry Pi 4 and Raspberry Pi 5 components, power MOSFET transistors, DC-DC converters, stepper motor drivers and various electronic devices.
