This 28×28×15mm gold anodized aluminium heatsink is designed for effective passive cooling of processors, integrated circuits, power transistors and other electronic components that generate increased amounts of heat. Its tall profile and compact square base provide a large cooling surface without occupying excessive space on the circuit board.

Manufactured from extruded aluminium with high thermal conductivity, the heatsink features 49 individual vertical cooling pins arranged in a 7×7 matrix. The spaces between the pins allow air to flow freely in multiple directions, improving heat dissipation through natural convection. This design is particularly suitable for electronic devices with adequate internal ventilation.

The gold anodized finish provides a distinctive appearance, protects the aluminium surface against corrosion and contributes to thermal emissivity. Its 15mm height offers a larger cooling surface compared with low-profile models, making it suitable for components with higher thermal loads.

The bottom surface is factory-finished, smooth and flat. The heatsink is supplied without pre-applied adhesive or double-sided thermal tape. For installation, you can use specialised thermally conductive adhesive for permanent attachment or thin double-sided thermal tape, such as 3M 8810, when future removal may be required.
