This desoldering braided tape (also called desoldering braid or solder wick) is a practical tool for removing excess solder from PCBs, pads, and components. Made from fine woven copper strands, the braid uses capillary action to draw molten solder into the braid, leaving a clean surface suitable for rework or reflow.
With a width of 2 mm, this desoldering braid is ideal for wider solder joints, larger contact areas and components, where narrower wicks might not be as effective.
